Procreate (iPad). I have previously used AzDrawing2 (PC) and Animation Studio (iPad).

What program do you use for drawing?

Procreate (iPad), Clip Studio Paint (PC), MS Paint (PC).

In the past, I have used Photoshop CS2 (PC), AzPainter2 (PC), Krita (PC), ArtRage (PC). I recommend Krita as it is free with many tools.

What program do you use for collage art/“edits”?

MSPaint has an interesting function where, if you use the Lasso tool to select, and hold down the ‘Shift’ key on your keyboard as you click and drag it across, it creates interesting patterns. Click here for an image of what I mean.
